I’m probably the worst person to ask, none of my training is for weight loss purposes, I am chubby and I intend to stay that way. I personally do a lot of walking because I’m training for the Three Peaks challenge. I try to walk at least ten miles a day, which I usually manage by walking to and from work rather than catching the bus. Plus I walk my dog in the morning and evening. I also run every day and cycle a lot and jump rope. At the gym, I use the cross trainer and the rowing machine. But none of this is coming from a place of knowledge or experience, I just do exercise which I find fun.
