Anonymous sent: training tips?

I’m probably the worst person to ask, none of my training is for weight loss purposes, I am chubby and I intend to stay that way. I personally do a lot of walking because I’m training for the Three Peaks challenge. I try to walk at least ten miles a day, which I usually manage by walking to and from work rather than catching the bus. Plus I walk my dog in the morning and evening. I also run every day and cycle a lot and jump rope. At the gym, I use the cross trainer and the rowing machine. But none of this is coming from a place of knowledge or experience, I just do exercise which I find fun. If you want to follow some blogs which will be way more knowledgeable my two favourites are http://southerncharmm.tumblr.com/ and http://roadtofitness13.tumblr.com/ Both are very inspiring.

It’s 3pm and I’m still in my pjs and I’m eating spaghetti and watching Adventure Time. Although my hearts a little achey and my knee is making me hobble, it’s still a nice day off.

We wear clothes, and speak, and create civilizations, and believe we are more than wolves. But inside us there is a word we cannot pronounce and that is who we are.

speak-to-me-bones:

My back piece is all healed up now.

I just ate a really good peach. This will most likely be the highlight of my day.
